We understand that buying a product online can lead to misunderstandings so we're happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new and unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Simply return any eligible purchase from Trueline Automotive within 30 days from the date of delivery by clicking on the contact us link. Your return must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are not reimbursed. In the event an error is made by Trueline Automotive, a return shipping label will be provided.

So what happens when you receive my return? We will inspect it. Then we will process your refund or credit within 10 business days. A refund is issued to the original credit source such as your credit card. 

The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

  • Manufactured Products (Precut window tint) 
  • Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)
  • Personalized Items (custom engraved or embroidered)

Product Replacement

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect and you wish to have an exact replacement per the original order, we request that you take a photo of the product(s) and Contact US. You will be asked to email it to us as an attachment.


If you are returning an item in resale condition you may receive a refund of the purchase price less a restocking fee. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
